But the original VW hubcaps are so hard to beat. Classic simplicity. Unless the bus is seriously customized, alloy rims are like a roll cage on a Prius.

Haha I've been following this thread from the start...... I've got a left hand drive tintop with alloys who also likes splitties guess that makes me the Antichrist?

Stock hubcaps with Porsche 356 rims are the way forward.
Most of the replacement wheels look pony imho.

Nah there's loads of wheels out there that fit, most people just dont realise it so follow the crowd and buy what everyone else has
