were you looking for a bike rack?..we have a towball mounted one for 2 bikes, if it's any use (were in Keighley..possibly even passing on your way!)

Thanks Mark ermintrude1978 - we don't have a towbar, but the lovely Jack Tatty has sorted me an up and over out!

 

Have you checked the tappets? Mine had exactly the same symptoms and it too has twin webers and electronic ignition but is a 2litre. Ticked over ok but misfired when revved. Turned out to be the tappets after I and two specialists had checked everything else incluidng two compression tests. Different type of tappets on the 2000 but maybe worth checking the clearances on yours just in case.
