nope , not done that one thou did turn up at court 24 hours early for my own trial ,sat thru all the days business ,clue should have been my brief was not in attendance nor were my (paid) witnesses, as clerk of court did say " 16 years in this job mate ,this is a 1st ! , come back tomorrow(which of course i did)
mate of mine's uncle (who's dead now) went to court for possession ages ago, and wore his suit jacket.....the judge asked him for some document or other and told him to approach the bar and hand it to the Usher.....he pulled the papers out of his inside pocket, and with it came an envelope full of dried magic mushrooms, which he'd forgotten about. The Usher took the letter and the envelope and presented both to the judge.....Apparently, the judge looked at the contents and then gave them back!
I know I look a right twocker, it was a nightmare having a wee and what the hell that pose was I have no idea,
