Yes they're redundant hot air for the solex carbs. I fitted the big bit to fill up the holes and made a plate instead of the small bit to block the whole thing up.
This is somewhere I cheap out and buy the cheapest kits I can find. My pesky rubbers have started to split after 3/4 years though.
From what i can remember it was SKF direct. I think they list it for T25 or T3 but it cross referenced as the same as T2.
