  13. If it isnt possible for the government to publicly discuss brexit negotiations then how do we judge them against the others in deciding who to vote for. Is this election to be a popularity competition. If brexit is the massively biggest issue confronting us and will colour our approach to the economy generally and to the Health Service and Education system, to austerity and how our society is funded...... etc. Why the hell are we having a general election and why arent we moving towards a govrnment of national unity where the interests of the people of this country can be properly represented and parliament would actually work together to achieve the best outcome from Brexit that is possible. Its clear to me that indeed this is a self serving move which suits the political establishment and Mrs Mays agenda not to get the best deal for the country but to return a majority and a five year period to dismantle the welfare state, to privatise services and serve the Tory masters. And labour have..................nothing ...........yet! Im not overly optimistic.
