Seems red bull are in talks for Merc engines so why not mclaren?

I don't know what they'll do but I can't see them sticking with Honda

 

I'd say that's to take over from Lotus, should Renault take the team over from Genii Capital.
I suppose the other alternative is for McLaren is to partially fund their own engine like they did with the TAG/Porsche in years gone by.

 

you're forgetting the honda engine is 2 years plus less developed than the merc, i think telfonso will be out before the honda engine is up to speed - jenson's sounding like he's had enough to me, you can only put positive spin on being back markers for so long.

 

I can see JB possibly leaving but what do you think will happen to alonso - times running out for him.

 

If Button does leave, I hope he goes to WEC rather than become another talking head on the idiot box.
