flogging a dead horse....

  1. Photos, eyewitnesses and the fact that they brag about it all point towards truth, does it not?

  2. So really nothing changes other than the titles of the respective groupings. Even the Soviet Union had its problems with corruption amongst senior cadres.

  3. Try watching the film
    THE RIOT CLUB

A good portrayal of the Bullingdon boys type of thing well worth a watch

  4. one must assume so....
I think it's inherent in the nature of those who strive for power, in whatever capacity

  5. I've not watched it, but I will ....Thanks for the recommendation

  6. when you say "try watching..." does that mean it's horrible/brutal/scary ... i need forewarning of these things. :)

  17. I was nearly on the way to Liverpool to dig up Redrum so I could give it a flogging but I thought life is way too short to worry about what someone did whilst a teenager at Uni many, many years ago. Was it illegal? No. Move on.
It has generated some good pictures though,

As for fox hunting and shooting badgers? Stick a missile through the letterbox of a house in Iraq and wipes out an entire family and no one bats an eyelid. Chase a fox or shoot Mr Badger and everyone looses their mind.
There really are more important things out there.

  18. was the war in Iraq legal? No....move on?

I think we have a duty to draw attention to injustice, inequality, corruption and crimes against humanity whenever and wherever we see it....I'm no activist, but I think it's necessary to consider what goes on beyond your doorstep. To see this whole pig gate thing merely as a media driven 'revenge' campaign, by one sour grapes Tory ex peer is missing the point....it highlights the b****** going on at high level in Westminster, questions the nature of the so called free press, and sheds light on how the establishment is riven with corruption and hipocrisy. These are, after all, the very same people who manipulate the truth to further their own agenda, and formulate the policies and legislation that sanction the missiles through letterboxes...whichever side of the house you're speaking from!

the cracks are beginning to appear...they've been there all along and we all know it....it's just that we've got so used to the s***ty wallpaper we haven't got the energy to re decorate...

last year, Katie Hopkins called Palestinians 'Filthy Rodents' on a public forum and suggested it was time to restart the bombing campaign....was she prosecuted for spreading racial hatred or committing a hate crime? No...she gets paid to go on chat shows...it happened a year ago....should we move on?

Tony Blair lied to parliament and forced the UK into an illegal war, causing untold death and destruction, so that he and his cohorts could profit from the upheaval, directly or indirectly...shall we move on?

The consequences of his and others' actions will continue to reverberate around the world in misery, suffering and bloodshed for decades to come....yet he's free to make millions acting as a go-between for despots and megalomaniacs....it's not enough to say "well...that's just the way things are..."
