Erbaspatcher ba6 fitting from scratch (with some help from Tlb )

He only didn't finish it because he died which is quite a good excuse.

 

Why? Has she got some sort of speech impediment?

So with all the beetle fun Iv been ignoring this but finnaly found the time to have a few days with @davidoft at his unit and get the final few bits made and it's up and running just need a working temp sensor as it just works on full heat but it's in ! It's tested ! It's gonna melt the dash lol it's well hot !! Pics to follow

 

So now have the intake for the fan (the square intake pipe ) and the custom exhaust out the side of the van !! Looks ace !!!
Just gotta trace this temp sensor and can use it at free will

A nice tidy job !!!

Massive thank u to @Westiesam who contacted me on Facebook and sent me up a working temperature sensor that he took off his bus !! Fitted it today and it works so so so well can't get over the amount of heat that gets up in to the cab so so happy (and warm ) allso not to forgot all the phone calls to @davidoft and handi work I'm making bits that went available now !! Love the new side pipe to

@julesd this was the 1 I installed it's boiling and can use when driving or camping as its in the normal heating system
