Only saying! Not condoning ... You have to admit it does capture the god-awful spirit of the thing (shudder)
I might have smirked a little It’s not the first time that’s been pointed out. 17 year olds in 1980 noticed stuff like that. Robinson’s Golden Shred marmalade still had their logo and the minstrel show wasn’t far back in our memories. I prefer to think of AVOs having robot-like features. I can deal with that. As mentioned, the hazard switch has a permanent live feed, and is on the dash near the heater and hand brake - my guess is the switch might of rotated and shorted out, or somethinghas fallen on it and shorted it. this might help
the little numbers next to E3 on the diagram should be on the actual switch, so check if your wires match 76 model year that diagram, but should be ok for most post 75 buses I'd guess ( ones with 2 stalks on the column)
Found a few wires worn and exposed that had been rubbing on the heater control mounting. I’m still investing ..... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Like mike said above the wires behind the handbrake will have taken a beating if they're like ours... They'll have moved and be shorting / got trapped when you were moving the rod....good luck I hate electrics... Our indicator has taken to slowing down when I brake this week... Sometimes...
