Another point against earthing is that if you are standing in rubber soled shoes near a tree that is struck by lightning you may survive while better earthed creatures with 4 legs on the ground, uninsulated, will often be electrocuted by the earth currents..
I walked 11 miles across the Breacon Beacons last night, and ‘Earthed’ myself in a little wild camp. I feel great, this morning. My thighs are knackered, carrying 15kg on my back,and I still had to come back to ‘normal life, with all its problems. But it beats sitting around doing bugger all, monging out on the telly, drinking and eating too much.
