Earthing.. Ya body..!

Positive & negative and us..?

We sleep on an earthing bedsheet and found we have less general aches and pains and we sleep better
I know people will say it’s hippyclap trap but there’s no denying we are supposed to be in contact with the earth and our body’s are bio electrical
With the things that are going wrong with my body and the associated pain I got to the point I was willing to try anything
Apparently it’s been scientifically proven that earthing your body reduces inflammation.
There’s an interesting documentary on you tube about it.
