I think we're just insomniacs. I couldn't sleep, so had a cup of tea and read two chapters of The Godfather (recommended - great book) while eating pistachios. I think we must be twins...

The 4S is a good 'un, but getting a bit old and slow with the latest software. I retired mine and bought an SE, which is super speedy and isn't the size of a plank...

Do Iphones have google maps/satnav?

Is a 4s too old? They seem cheap. Can you stop it updating and thus slowing down.

 

No phone (google maps) for work tonight, I might get losyt in bristol, that place is a pain in a lorry

Now that's an offer that would tempt anyone.

 

They're likely to stop supporting it soon, I think. A 5S would maybe be better. But...a 4S is not that bad, still works just fine. Just slows down a bit when it gets busy. Tom Tom W. Europe's a good nav app for the iPhone.

PS Colin the conger eel says he won't be visiting any time soon...
