  3. Don't dread it, it's just a thing we all do.

    Thanks

Ahhhhh Booo, she failed on inner and outer rear valence. Excessively corroded. Every thing else is fine!
Looks like a call to Alan schofield.
    Outer valance £18
    Inner one £99

    Ahhh poop!

I thought the same, but on checking underneath, I can see why. Will post pics I'm due course.

  9. You may find there's nothing left of it :(. Notorious water trap.

That's exactly it. There is nothing left of the inner valance....at all! Not looking forward to this job

  11. Was the same on my van when I got it. I didn't realise it was supposed to be there: there was nothing left of it. When you redo yours, absolutely flood it with wax inside, or it'll just start rotting all over again.

  12. Same here, I had to replace the inner/ outer also expect to have to replace the bottom of the D posts. Schofields sell a repair section made of pretty good quality metal.

followed by D posts bottom, rear corner, battery tray, rear inner & outer arch lips, middle & outer sills, out riggers, jacking points, top hat ends, cab step, deformation panel & inner front valance.
Then back down the other side.;)
