    After 15 years of practice, I can still walk into any guitar shop, pick the most expensive one up, plug it into the best amp stack there, and still make it sound like a £25.00 boot sale one.

    It’s been hell of a journey.

    I’ve discovered that when I’m having a mug of tea in the bath, if I inadvertently drop my biscuit in a misdirected dunking attempt, I can retrieve said biscuit from the water before it goes soggy, and it is still edible.
    I appreciate this could be seen as a Super Power more of the Lidl’s Malted Milk than of myself, but I’m struggling to think of much else that I excel at, so I’m taking credit for moderately good reflexes. Lightening quick reflexes would obviously catch the biscuit before it even reaches the bath water, but we all slow down with age (even those of us with biscuit-based Super Powers) and I feel a certain amount of allowance should be made for this.

    No seriously!
    Part of why I'm easing myself out of the osteo is the occasional freaky experience of getting a scarily accurate picture of a patient's past trauma history .... Sounds great but it's a bit weird frankly :confused:

    Sadly the aforementioned space hopper still has trouble remaining inflated, despite my best efforts in the bath to find it's leakiness, and now lies flat and unloved in the garage :(
    You have reminded me I need to rectify this situation. There are few things sadder than the sight of a deflated space hopper.
    I don't suppose anyone has the Super Power to heal them, do they?

    If only he didn't have a slow puncture too... :( Healer heal thyself first apparently.

    Oh dear, I do hope this isn't actually my super power... the ability to deflate things. I'm sure there would be a use for it somewhere, I just need to find my niche....

    Might I be so bold as to suggest your taste buds are shot. I can imagine little worse than a slightly damp, lily of the valley, or actually knowing you I suspect it may be "matey or miss matey bubble bath" tinged malted milk. Yuck.
