Word to the wise, scootering fraternity is no where near as supportive as the VW! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
Well folks it was the magneto. All up n running and turning heads/raising smiles where ever I ride it. I folded it up popped it into the bag and took it into the bank yesterday for fits n giggles they loved it the staff thought it was hilarious. The security fella was like "wow, now that's how to not get it nicked" Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
I certainly do mine is now such a beast! 75cc and re jetted etc. It's so much fun. I might have to sell it tho Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
1979 R7, apparently they are restricted, want to see if it is and how to remove it, it's only done 114miles so may need to still be run in
It's done by swapping out the barrel, piston (75cc) and changing the jet (there's only one) plus the spark plug. There are sleeves in the air box that are removed too. The thing is though if you've got a chain drive instead of a belt then none of it can be done. They're not actually restricted as such mire just puny from the off. Basically they're pump motors Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I love these. The chrome is a nice touch. Mines plastic mudguards etc. How are you finding riding it? One thing that is really important but unfortunately prone to be problematic is the variator. If it's not functioning correctly it'll really hamper progress. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I much prefer the chrome version, drives ace, no issues with running gear etc, bike looks like it came out of the shop yesterday, it's like new , genuine one owner 113 miles from new, it needs a good run
I remember there was a firm That if you called them from a pub or party they would ride them to you and drive you and your car home I think it was on Top Gear
I remember that, they were doing road tests on the punters cars, using words like "salty" as code for describing them.
My brother has several DiBlasi's and has said he will give one to me when I complete his Chaly's Just can't motivate myself to complete them as I lost the enthusiasm.
