DAB signal quality poor since retune - anyone else?

Morning, I have the same aerial as Collyp if it's the one from Halfrauds. There's a cable that goes on to the head unit and another cable, the earth which I put a circle connector on and connected to an existing earth on the bus under the dash.

 

All this earth talk, I have a magmount one, didn't have to scratch anything- maybe it's a glass thing?

 

Mine's working a treat with it's screen aerial, with a bit of luck it'll have screened out all those wailing ballard stuffed rock stations too.

 

Retuned mine in the car, is it just me or does it sound different too?
