I’ve ordered one, yes they’ve gone ups bit to fifteen quid. Then on my eBay updates today, what everyone else is looking at £12.99 gggrrrrrrr Ozziedog,,,,,,,,,,might fit it in the side of seat.
As far as Im aware unmolested, If a PO did its good and I cant tell, its an OZZY bus mind and what came as standard there I do not know.
Mines a tad earlier and if I puts him in then there will be some molestation required and I`m not too sure that I`m happy with that, Ozziedog,,,,,,,,,,,, medium flavour only at the moment I`m afraid
Should have seen the handiwork of the PO of my van. Sawed down the edges of the radio hole, then just bashed the bottom in with a hammer to make a bigger slot. Dash had a large crease in, but at least the radio fitted ...
We bought this from ebay for £80, with Bluetooth, GPS and reversing camera And everything was upside down and back to front, but worked Then it got replaced and worked a treat Today it died, lasted a few weeks I bought another one for the other van, so I've probably messed up
I’ve got one of those type in atm, but prefer the look of the one pie has posted, so I’ve ordered one.
The trick with eBay bottom feeder vendors is not to use the link somebody posts but search for similar items. If the seller sees their demand increasing or even more people looking at their listing they automatically put the price up. Like airline tickets.
The flexi wires probably broke where the screen folds up and down out of the unit. Letting water or condensation at them also kills them.
I might have made a mistake................... Tried another stereo, nothing. Checked fuses, one was duff so swapped it, nothing. Took it to an auto-electrician around the corner, worked out in about 4 seconds I'd forgot to turn on the split charge after I'd got back from holiday and the radio is wired to the leisure battery so that was flat. Chinese radio for the win
Right then, first things first, its turned up, yes its a single din, but there`s no Bluetooth on this one and it does MP3 and FM and an SD card ? and the phone connection must be via the USB. But the instructions are not exactly brimming me with confidence, it`s just some barely visible piccies mainly. It`s ever so ever so ever so light weight, approx. a quarter of the weight of my older medibum flavour radio that may shortly be up for sale. On the box it`s called a FM & MP3 Stereo Receiver. On the front faceplate of the radio it says BT/USB/SD/Radio Player 4X60W, so does the start of that indicate BT = Bluetooth ? OK then . this DIN cradle ? what holds it in, Is it just the tabs bent over ? Or is there some shenanigans that I`m missing here ? There`s a threaded hole in the alloy in the centre at the rear, should I pop a screw in there to a bracket or holder upper type thingamajig for his bum Is this really four X sixty watts in real life without any amplificating? Best way to get this gentle fold to enlarge to single din, multiple vice grips and mole grips maybe? Ozziedog,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Looks ace for the money
I've ordered one as well, just waiting for it to turn up. And the heater blower thing. And the heater blower thing controller. You lot are a bad influence! Note to self: Do not go near late bay and ebay after having a drink!!!
I’m about to go out and molest my original hole right now. Any words of wisdom? Que the KY cracks Ozziedog,,,,,,,,, I’m going in
Like I did to those fish, and them mystery bags, and the fishy cakes, and that there pie and them chips. Couldn’t move after a couple of pints. Ozziedog,,,,,,,,,,, food,,,, fall for it every time
What's this heater/blower thing? I've missed this Ive installed a 12v heater/blower under the drivers seat and the toggle switch gives of more heat than the unit
