  1. watch out for yodel too... absolutely useless... said I wasn't in for collection on 3/4 occasions... for the same package

    I work from home....

I went with another courier company in the end!!

  2. Sounds like they are still having problems, I gave up on them a couple of years ago. Still get their junk mail despite telling them I didn't want it.

  3.
  4. Been offered £30 compensation.....told them where to stuff that and asked for the following :

I am sorry but your offer of £30 credit is not acceptable, I am not about to ever use a substandard fraudulent service such as yours ever again. So, as previously requested, I would like, full terms & conditions be sent by recorded delivery to the address provided along with a transcript of all communications made on this matter. I will then place this in the hands of my legal team.

Please also furnish me with the details of your solicitors / legal department.

I will remind you that you are required to comply to the above request by British and EU business legislation / law, failure to do so will result in further legal action.

To be fair, if I got those emails I'd probably just tell you to go for it!
As soon as anyone mentions their "legal team" it brings a wry smile to my face.

  7. Update, and final piece of the puzzle....Power to the people... The woman on FB clearly did not like the multiple posts I made and all the bad press I was giving them, along with forums / twitter and any other media I could find (I kept sending her links to my posts) I went to TNT and explained the situation and they sent me their T&C's which state they will not take receipt of an insufficiently packaged item, so P2G would not have a leg to stand on in court, I threatened them with legal proceedings based on this... and guess what..........RESULT £91 REFUND BY CHEQUE

  8. not bad .... what are you future plans for the BIG box?

  9. No idea, might keep it and store stuff in it on the shed roof or maybe a boat for the kids lol................I have to repair it first (already ordered the fibreglass kit and the evo putty is already in place with a coating of araldite ;-)

when we get paid out by couriers at work they usually want to either destroy or see the item destroyed or take it away..... find out if they want it, strictly speaking it belings to their insurer if they pay out.
