  2. I dont understand any of it. I want to buy something from, let's say, Snotty,He wants x for it I am happy with that, I pay him, ta very much all happy. he has given his bit to the man as have I. Does this simplistic workings not apply to big stuff?

It doesn't matter how big it is. it's the duty you pay to import, or what another country charges you to export. Buying stuff Snotts has thrown over his fence does not count, unless he threw it over the border :D

The people down South make me laugh, if they keep saying that the people who voted out have changed their minds enough do they think they will? Who has told them that eveyones changed their minds?

  8. The brexit thing is a bit of a game eh?

EU and UK both have 'red lines', play hardball, all end up looking, to me, like the rses they are.

I'm busy trying to make sure that my little family is 'alright jack' - no one else will.

The main problem is - whatever you vote, it's up to politicians to deliver.

  10. Personally now, its way past how the vote went, that is now totally irrelevant. Its about the government not screwing it up for the generations to come. It seems like the rest of the world are stood waiting to see what happens and either following suit or pointing the " told you so finger.

  12. The thing is we can sit round that table till the cows come home ,the EU will never give us a good deal.

We never had a good deal from the EU, thats why we are where we are now, they had a chance when Cammeron tried to reform it. I bet they wish they had now losing one of only a few of their contributors.

  14. Walk away now, pay no money and plan for the UK.

By the time It’s sorted a good proportion of leavers who had one foot in the grave and one foot on a banana skin will be dead anyway .
It’s the younger generation who will have to deal with it

  17. it all went quiet on the European Defense Force after the Brexit vote, but it's back on track. Now
(Would be used to stop these shenanigans like in Catalonia, or Scotland, or even a dust up with Russia.)

Don't worry they won't need us we're too old....our yoof on the other hand (after they vote back in) might come in handy.
