do want to do Helvelyn but yes a good walk in the country with a pub at the end of it is just as good. One of my favourite walks is in Borrowdale in the Lakes - Castle Cragg - not technical or overly strenuous but a lovely walk.
we had a bit of a walk at Hallowe'en camp too it was great, dogs off their leads, kids roaming free, a few stiles always up for a walk when we go camping
While we are in Yorkshire - does anybody know of a site near the Yorkshire Sculpture Park - it's West Bretton, Wakefield. Planning a little couple of day trip but not sure where to camp
Para we have camped here I did a thread about it but it migtve been on the old crashed site! : I think louigi cornetto has to and found a way of etting his money back from the showers! The only problem I had was I couldnt understand a word the farmer said to me! He was really nice just seemed to speak a totally different language!! Nothing like malcome though!!!
