What planet are you on?
Thanks for your comments, very interesting.
From what I am able to deduce,
1/ You do not wish to buy the car.
2: You appear to be having some kind of episode.
I do wish you well with your recovery.
Hi Mattlad. I understand you're selling this for £38. Does it come with a full tank of petrol? If so where do I sign up?
I'll give you £39.
That's right- the fuel is old but you can have it- I'll throw in the camper as well as that's just a pile of old steel and no value as scrap really. Sod it, you can have the house as well as that's just some bricks and tiles. I can post at cost.
Now you are just being silly - it's only worth £38 and I won't take a penny more.
I'm soooooo tempted with this, but just haven't got room at the moment. I will however, keep an eye on this thread, and if it's still available once I've shifted some stuff, I'll give you a shout.
Good luck though mate....it looks like a great project
Being used while my work van is in for repairs.
Looks alright that!
Bargain at £38...
I'll give you a score.
Still don't fancy an MG then??
Like it. How's it running?
Sold this yet?
I was surprised how tidy it looked in daylight last week, having only ever seen it in the garage!
This thread has had me chuckling in my office. Don't stop now - keep 'em coming. Wish I could buy it but my wife quite rightly points out that we're skint and already have four vehicles...
And her point is??????
She'll be fine; its only £38!
With the poor running - stalling at idle and hesitant to gain revs from idle, and the clutch is not disengaging properly - think cable is stretched. It's not the best experience around Bristol's traffic light storage facility that is the city centre. It does bowl along nicely once it has a few revs on it- almost nippy.
I need to get it running properly and the cable sorted.
You're too kind. ( you were yellow snowed up when you saw it though...)
