I do think 50-60mph is a decent cruise speed for our busses and it feels safe at that speed. 70mph and above feels too fast for the handling and the brakes. It’s always in the back of my mind the lack of airbags or crumple zone I can happily sit at around 60ish which is quick enough to stop most trucks from overtaking on the Motorway That’s until saddle soreness creeps in usually at the 2 hour stage. Time for a quick stop & brew to loosen up the cheeks
