4 months to get fit

Beaver do you get a lot of people at your Park Run? The Bradford one draws quite a crowd. Well, I say that, on the 4 occasions I've done it there have been up to 400 people there. I really must go more often

 

There's been no less than 200 when I've been, but I expect now the weather is improving it might get busier.

We're quite lucky, there's a few in Bristol to choose from

 

Today I found out Saturdays parkrunning made it onto the local news and I'm in the video!

I watched a friend (Simon) do a half marathon on Sunday and another friend (Alice) announced we should enter that next year and walk it.
