....Most of the things on the menu when I was in Thailand and China. 'Duck blood cakes', 'Cows Uterus', and those eggs with the unhatched chick in them are three that spring uncomfortably to mind. Never had frogs legs, as the only time I've seen anyone order them (a week in Paris as an art student) they appeared to come in pairs, and looked rather like they were doing the Can Can. Not an appealing thought. I'll give most things a try, as long as they're dead, not human, and don't have anything to do with the procreation of the species. I don't like oysters. Or tomatoes.
I'll try most things at least once. Slimy / fatty is probably the worst for me, I like my fat crispy.
Those sour sweets that kids seem to like. I had one once and it was like gargling in nitric acid. One of my eyeballs fell out. In fact anything day-glo or with an exclamation mark or cartoon character on the packet.
Our daughter has a Mexican friend who was over this year. She brought over a selection of sweets, which combined acid and salt with sweet - very strange to the UK sweet taste with such a strong sour / salt taste.
Your bill of fare @scrooge95 looked very enticing and if properly prepared was no doubt nutritious. Once at Die, in the Rhone Alps, we went into a local deli to deguster the local produce. There was a fresh wet, sloppy looking mush in a bowl with a draped ladle which, apparently, was a local cheese specialty that I was told I probably wouldn't like. Obviously macho me bought some to have later in the evening. Well it tasted disgusting, unsure exactly what it was, but reckon it was linked to fresh bovine slurry and aged goats whey. It did have a name which I can't remember but I'm sure someone on here will know.
