  1. Does any one have these statistics, bhp, etc specifically for a 2 litre engine lump as it would of come out of the factory?

  2. A massive 70 bhp

The best toque figures I can find are 101ft-lb@3000rpm.

  11. There only one statistic worth noting. At 70bhp it's much more power than a Type 1 but still way too slow.

  15. 1700 WO 85bhp

  17. Upgraded carbs as old ones were shot. Had nothing but problems since with flat spots, fueling and the like. Somethings not right as when Birdy put the C02 meter on it was off the scales and other issues he found means my only choice is a complete rolling road dyno set up. Not expecting an increase just interested to see what she's running at now 35 years later.

Knowing my luck he'll get it running sweet and it will blow up on the way home!

    Will take some pics.

  18. if I were you i'd be tempted to just get it set up right and not thrash it on the dyno until its all sorted. If its not been rebuilt or had any major works done you could risk it going bang
