better a half story than half an ear My Marshall would never iritate a dog to impress his school mates, to such an extent that an otherwise placid and well trained dog would resort to biting... Said Mrs. Marshall (well, she didn't, but you can read between the lines....)
given the circumstances...if I got a 'phone call from school saying your lad's been bitten by a teacher's dog; he's in Casualty having part of his ear stitched back on, the first thing I'd ask would be what the f*ck is a teacher doing taking his dog on a school trip
I take kids on DofE expeditions and camping and there have been a couple of occasions where staff have brought their pet along.
FWIW....my ex had two children to two different fathers, the first when she was 17. She has a masters in Biology....both kids are thoughtful, kind-hearted, well-eductated, well-balanced and great fun to be around.....ain't nothing to do with being Alpha Male @sANDYbAY ...if you'd met me, you'd know that....
...and frankly, if someone starts a post with the phrase "Don't wish to generalise...." and then goes on to generalise, concerning a topic about which you feel strongly, what's wrong with questioning their sentiments? I've no truck with Luis whatsoever, or you @sANDYbAY , and I hope, if and when @Luis Navarro re reads this thread, he reads my response in the spirit in which it was meant....humorous, not derogatory. You've just put it onto a personal level...
I'm not too sure what that has to do with you scoring a cheap and completely gratuitous point from a guy who is brand new on the forum.
