I wonder
A guy I know and have worked with on and off with
Over the last 25 years
Never voted in any election
Never voted in the brexit referendum
Smokes like a trouper
Lives in a rented house
doesn’t care a flying fkuc About anything

I sometimes wonder why I have done what I have done trying to get on struggling with my own business
And owning property etc

I sometimes wonder if it was even worth it now

 

It's not fun when half goes to a woman you've grown to hate, but all in all it's worth it.
I know what you mean though, I have an ex friend who bought a house for £36k, went on the sick for 25 years, then sold the house for £350,000 having not paid a bean.

You work hard to give yourself options in this life.

You could do and have what the guy you mention does and has.


He could do and have what you do.

 

But he's cunningly swindled himself out of life itself as I see it.
