Really should have got round to putting the fence panels up rather than just propping them up against the house....... Still, at least it was the car not the camper
Whoops I don't don't often see fences like that up my way, too much wind resistance, all mine have gaps in them; otherwise they just don't stay up very long.
Biked out to the workshop in it yesterday! Wasn't actually that bad. A tail wind and no rain on the way. Then by the time I came home most of the wind had died down and only light rain. Cycle path I take near the River Stour has had flood water from the river over it for a few weeks, but noticeably deeper yesterday as it was nearly at the bottom of my disc brakes! Good fun.
...until you forget where the path is, and go straight into the river . Almost did that when the Thames was flooded years ago.
It's not like the A Team would have made.......BA would have welded it out of an old hospital bed and equipped with with a cabbage cannon. We lost a brick from my faux chimney, missed one of the cars so that was lucky. Still gusty here in South Wales.
I think I'd rather walk the long way round the harbour.... The only thing worse than two-wheeled rats is two-wheeled rats that can swim.
What is this "long sleeved shirt" you talk about? I've never seen one but have heard that soft southerners wear them when the temperature drops below freezing.
