It's enough to turn a miller to drink.

 

Flights are being cancelled at Edinburgh, are inbound flights being diverted? But to where? If it were concerns about take off, wouldn't they just delay until wind drops?

 

Thankfully I don’t park the camper a couple of spaces along

 

Windy here ... I went down and checked the lines on the boat yesterday, hopefully it is still OK. Winds only 50knots or 58mph off Chichester Harbour entrance at present.

 

I'd forgotten the locals call it "Chi", sounds so hoorah henry, sorry

 

I'm not a posh local so I still refer to it as Chichester

I have a nice pair of Decathlon blue wellies ..... much cheaper too.

 

Look carefully, it’s been blown on to my dashboard

 

Only Marcus and Jocasta have yellow wellies. They wear them when they're out on Daddy's boat thingy.

so far I’ve lost two fence panels, a fence post snapped and the felts destroyed on my shed. Not holding out hope for a couple of my roof tiles either.

 

My favourite sailing footwear is my Merrill shoes ... Marcus's daddy probably has a motorboat ...

 

Roof panel gone flying somewhere from the conservatory. Unfortunately that's where I store all the cardboard and packaging for work - so that's not gone well.

 

97mph at the Needles. My fence has surprisingly survived so far !
