  1. I had considered a Dacia duster but wanted something a bit more solidly built
Do you know in the trade they call them Dacia rusters

Big Lad at work has a Duster, his partner loves it, they have no complaints whatsoever.

  3. The Dacia Sandero and Dokka are very popular in Spain
They are basically Renault vehicles

  5. When I bought my BMW
    I was second owner,
It was obviously an ex fleet lease vehicle on a pre bm service plan or something
My indie machanic said it hadn’t been serviced as per service book
And the wheels appeared to never been taken off
Since they had been fitted at manufacture and it certainly never had pollen filter change.

Driving in Switzerland back in January, I saw loads of Dacia Dusters, seems to be the 4wd of choice there.

  10. Most services do less than the bare minimum, as they are timed,

  11. With servicing I suppose the best you can hope for is that the oil has been changed ,
That said depending what vehicle make if the wrong oil has been put in it then you could end up with the situation that some Ford engines have with the oil pump belt failure purely because they need a specific oil that doesn’t rot the belt
    Out

Someone hit the but it now button phoned him up and said I’ll collect it tomorrow

Gutting as tomorrow was the first day where the seller was available so I could view it

  18. If you don't really need 4wd, all season or winter tyres can be pretty good, I suggest that you consider a Skoda Roomster. In 7 years ours has only needed a clutch slave cylinder (that's it jinxed now!).
