  1. @RM92
let me know when you are ready to set it up ,
will be interesting to see it in action im in northampton so can pop in to see/help you ..

  2. No probs @SeanOC it won't be too soon, will have to wait until this weather becomes a little more stable as I'll have a couple weeks off to get it all done in one!

  3. I've got one sat at my work place that could do with shifting soon.
It's @Top Banana Racing 's jig, he lends it out as the un official club one.
It's for @RM92 next I think. Maybe you could get it, use it then pass to rm92, or the other way round

  4. Just inboxed you mate :)

  5. thanks for the offer but I'm in Ireland :)

  6. @Beaver
would you be able to tell me what gauge steel is used on your rollover jig please?

  7. Is it the thickness of the tube walls you want?

  8. yes. and maybe the outer diameter too please?

  9. Is this about the lottery?:gnome:

  10. I'll see what I can do tomorrow, got caught up with something else today

  11. Hi Beaver,

just a friendly reminder to check those measurements please :)

  12. You'll want some 40mm-ish od tube with a 4-5mm wall...

    That'll be fun to bend!

  14. CDS tube territory... Those will have been bent on a roller bender so you van vary the radius of the curve

I guess 3.2 wall thickness or less when Beaver reports back.

  16. Sorry guys, feet barely touched the floor today and didn't get into the workshop where the roller is.

  17. You might not be too far off as it's probably made out of ERW tube

  18. No worries at all :)

  19. you can also make a jig from box section [welded] or wood..
    google has lots of pics..
