  1. This is what I have to contend with at the moment.

  2. :( crusty

  3. I'm thinking it might be a repro as it has that fitment bulge that zed mentioned.

  4. Zed

    Zed Gradually getting grumpier

So it does. Rubbish isn't it. Still, a new repro would look better than that crusty thing you have. Shiney and smooth looks best on a shiney bus. You'll soon forget it's wobbly once you're onto the next bus related fiasco. lol

  5. The brown stains are Vactan. I promise.

  6. Bit the bullet and ordered a repro one from CoolAir. The LB discount paid for the delivery cost, so £99.90 all-in. A mate of mine has offered to spray it for free, which is nice. Any idea how much paint I'd need to order?

  7. You won't be able to order a small enough amount.:) 1/4 of a litre would do plenty if they will mix that amount

  8. Thanks Mick.

  9. And last question - as it's just the bumper; 2k or celly?

  10. Or maybe I should keep it like this. Will certainly keep the weather out.

  11.

I use 2k... I very rarely touch celly unless it's some upol or satin black!!

  12. Hey bigrich. I haven't opened the package yet. Will the primer need anything doing to it before we spray?

  13. maybe key it up before spraying and give it a wipe with panel wipe or similar

  14. Cheers.

  15. i have one that isnt bad, how much were you looking to spend?
(if financial situation allowed, i would happily swap it for yours, but unfortunately bank balance is looooow...)

  16. Ah if only you'd said that three days ago! Bought a new repro one from CoolAir, which is now sitting in the laundry. Thanks though.
