  5. It’s solid underneath as I checked the b post when I fitted the new arch
God knows why it’s been slapped with filler and not sanded

  12. Most people on here know who did the work.
I’ve had enough heartache and stress over the years
I’d rather leave all that behind and move on

It was never intended to be a show van
And once I’m out in some remote place I’ll be glad it isn’t

But there’s something’s that need sorting so it doesn’t degrade in quick time

  13. i spend an hour going over the work you done and others , some of the comments i made about the work , and was trashed for it , now i look at what your at now and even now i see things that have been half done ,

now do things the way you r happy .
    do things your way
you know its done right , or the best you can do ,
i seen a comment on here to night, about how much to do a awheel arch and a manifold .what price , gob smacked

  16. read in what you ve said in a irish accent , or in any accent , you have done nothing wrong , go back and read your previous posts , it was all in the prep , your work was perfect , but wasn t . look at he work your doing. NOW it better , am not knocking you or your work but , previous so called pro workers or brown nosers , when i condidered so called pro s i was slammed . for some one who is self taught , watching the wAY PEOPLE WHERE ADVISING FULL OF COMMENTS , and thinking i would not do that , count up the cost of of bad advice or cutting corners, look back at the pics , the evidence is there , not me KNOCKING keep up the good work

  18. Bit of sanding and the arch bottom ,b post and Sill look a lot tidier.
The b post will need a touch of filler as there’s a dent in it.

Arch and sill are totally solid
Which I’m pleased about as the arch was fitted about 10 years ago
And the sill was done at some point before I bought the van 12 years ago

  19. What's the best way to attach the out sill to the C post?

  20. Took the window out and found it nicely corroding under the seal☹️
Took around the edge back to bare steel inside and out in preparation for a coat of anti rust paint.[IMG]
