I never worked on harriers dude This was what i worked on for many years RAF Tornado F3 25 F Sqn Tribute
That explains everything!! You!! Mightve undersealed this vehicle!! ;D ;D Cheeky Tornado Pilot Salutes at 400 M.P.H !! If you can make your bus do this Im gonna try an make the pig keep up!! ;D ;D ;D Has it got a name yet or are we going with tonka?
No big engine this end dude its all about simplicity and reliability for me The bus was called shelly because i found a shell island camping ticket behind the dash Im sure it will find its new name once its back on the road So when are you, donny and yorkshire campers coming up to mine? And the wilma crew if surgery hasnt started?
Awesome i could do with the cuddles and company and it would be so nice for you all to meet my mrs and kids
I started to replace the steering pin bushes today Took me 2 hours to get the old ones out what a pig
Ill check with the mrs and see what dates are suitable Today ive fitted the non adjustable track rod,the steering drag link and the rhs wheel bearing and hub Back to cleaning up and painting more bits now before i can fit anything else
You've got a nice sleek interior! :jealous: Do you know what? I hate doing/takes too long the stuff you're doing, but you make a lovely job of it. Next time I have to do a complete resto I'd consider stripping the running gear and sending it to you for Paradox treatment. Get yourself a discreet "Paradox" logo on the bits people see and Bob's your uncle - a business you can do from home in front of the telly.
Yup the interior is a new to me purchase today and is a massive step towards the bus being usuable I must be sad as i actually enjoy doing all the detailed bits lol If you do want some parts detailing in the future then give us a shout dude and we will sort somthing out
Glad I said something nice about it then! Have you got the strips down each side to hook a wood headliner into? I think I see them on your picture? That's a bonus. I haven't got them - mine had fabric but I want wood just to be difficult (it's cheap!). The greedy sharks want about £100 for the two strips and two H section joiners so I'm going to have the side bits hand crafted from oak or beech - it'll be cheaper! H section I expect I can find.
