One rule for us another for them

Spotted this great parking today by this inconsiderate driver, they stopped to go to the bakery. Blocked the curb & on double yellow lines. Who's going to give them a ticket?

 

I agree, what sort of example is this to the public......although its usually the traffic wardens who would issue a ticket for the parking offence as it was de-regulated some time ago, send a copy of the pic to the Welsh rozzers via e-mail and see what sort of response you get, if it is work related then fair play to them but to nip into a shop, nah!

i snapped a cop car on the double yellows once and tweeted a pic to the local police station.

they said they were parked like that to apprehend a shop lifter - however i had also snapped the cops casually walking out with their shopping for the afternoon .... i then sent that over and never heard back

There's more to life than looking for things to stress you out Chris ??? I don't give a !@*# what anyone does anymore, I got my own things to worry about, I dont bother others and I dont want others bothering me

 

Chris, your local paper should have a FB page... post the pic up on it

 

They are not parked on yellows to be fair and not actually committing an offence

 

Technically it's a dropped curb so off road parking

And there is still room along the side for a buggy.

Not That I agree it's right mind you

 

live and let live, aint taking sides at all But, i wouldn"t take their job for triple the salary ,one minute their illegally parked ,next?not many jobs where you ,in extreme , are called upon to give your life to save a.n.other member of public.

 

If you think about it you have that parking space now....

up in court with your fine [if you get one] you can present the evidence... :rulez:
