  14. Another update, due to being off work today to look after the kids (teacher training day, they only been back at school a week[IMG])

I thought i would put the day to good use and get some work done on the bus
Armed with a new reel of mig wire and some cutting discs i set to work

I didn't seem to take many pics but here goes

Started of by cutting the sill closing panel to shape and welding that in
    [IMG]

    Finished off the c post
    [IMG]

All welds ground and a splash of primer
    [IMG]

  15. ext i started to repair the remaining inner wheel arch piece
    [IMG]

    Made i repair piece
    [IMG]

Welded in, primed and seem sealed
    [IMG]

  16. Then the outer arch

    Started off like this
    [IMG]

With lots of trimming and trial fitting it was time to weld it on
    [IMG]

    All done and primed
    [IMG]

And repaired the inner structure that i cut off for easy access
    [IMG]

I'm now out of finishing discs, so thats it for the time being

The plan next is to finish off the top hat and jack points and then to get the new floor in

  17. This pics in this thread are a great help to my resto. Great work.

    Tidy repairs mate, keep going!

  20. I'm finally starting to feel the end is in sight as far as welding goes, i've got all the remaining panels that i need and most of the time consuming work making up little repair pieces is pretty much done
Then i can get on the subaru engine conversion:)
