Well, its supposed to be Neptune blue but looks too grey for that. Not a problem as the whole van was sprayed, but if I had bought the paint for matching I would have been a little miffed But like the colour as it happens
Put the side windows back in ....what a pig of a job that was Put the louvre window in on Friday which went in quite easy, the rear window didn't!! After a lot of swearing and throwing my toys out of the pram I had to walk away Ive put loads of windows in and all sorts of cars before, the problem was on the non factory window seals they bend outwards on all the corners. So after leaving it for a while I had a think and decided to make some small hooks which I hooked on the inside of the seal, tied some string to the hook and pulled the seal back so it was in the right position and tied the string to something to keep it in place. Did that on all 4 corners and the glass went in ok...ish lol. Did the other rear side one the same and went in easy
Took me a while to get my rear windows in on my own did get the window screen in too was tight though
Doh.... Just had a thought, put the opening louvre window above the Fridge flue Looks like ive got to take it out and put the fixed window there and the louvre one in the sliding door. I can remember something in the gas regs about being 300mm from an opening window, does anyone know if it that applies to the fridge flue? Ive read through the installation manual and cant see anything about the flue and opening windows being mentioned?
Just read this whole thread! Respect man taking on three seems at least two to many but then to have actually finished one already makes me realise why you have taken on three!! Great work and great thread!
