I s’pose for those meat eaters who are dipping their toes into veggie or vegan-ness, it’s a step in that direction. A bit like vaping for smokers

Even though I've gone vegetarian at the moment ( now tucking into a tofu satay ) I can't see the point of pretending the food is something like meat.
As I've said before, I don't think vegetarians and Vegans should be allowed to have there food in meat eaters shapes. If you don't like meat why make non meat food look like meat.... @Pony .... I agree with the non alcoholic beer comment...
Agree with Betty if you are veggie why have veggie sausages I have even seen veggie bacon rashers why? if you eat bacon it should be the real deal we have enough fakery in this world
Is it not because some people used to eat meat and like the taste of it, but aren't OK with some unsuspecting cow getting a McDonalds bolt through it's head? We have an abattoir just outside the village and I can't follow the lorries, I have to stop and let them go.
Does meat look like a sausage in its natural form or is it made like that for convenience? The last few years it though I’d agree with some other veggie things which are made to look like meat.
Live n let live i say let people eat what they like. I do draw a line though at eating snake n bats and some of the other stuff a certain group of people consume
Rubbish - we love the latest veggie sausages from Richmond's . I love the taste of red meat but for health reasons have stopped eating it - so a chance to have a meat free sausage every now and then seems like a good idea to me .
