I've got them all over ,smashed the near side mirror reversing down a road at spring camp ,reversed into numerous walls ,bent the bumper into the body work before now ,I'm not arsed but that one is a little to big for even me

Bummer mate, i'm with baysearcher, pop the door card off and push it in the middle of the dent, it may pop out some of it at least

 

Cheers vdum brvs ,got it booked in anyway at the place that did Wilmas next Thursday to repair the sliding door (running out of tape) mailed him the picture and he thinks he'll be able to sort it

I wouldnt take it off. I might remove the door card and see if it can be pushed out but probably best to go and see yer local backstreet body shop and get em to look at it. Not sure a dent service would look at it but they are only a phone call away. Anyone fancy a go at techenders??

By the way, dents are all the rage these days on the scene. I too Barry along a cast iron drain. Nice gouge in the side panel. We are in vogue chuck

 

Oh dear! I guess we've all done something similar. My trick is reversing into things - I find low down objects like boulders / posts / walls on car parks a particular annoyance. Not had the opportunity to ding my van yet, but I'm sure I will

You'll probably find the inside of the doorskin gets in the way of pushing it out.

It doesn't look too bad so one of these suction cup dent pullers will do the trick.
