  1. Ta guys swapped the plugs, They werent that bad tbh - suffering from Weber-progressiv-itis ie front two a bit weak and the rear two ok. No significant pitting or burning, bit of fouling on the outer (soot) but ive been faffing so thats to be expected!

Interesting Zed - didnt measure the gaps but possibly a bit wide!! Got a second earth on the engin direct to battery so that should be fine. Guess if the coils going to go it will. Will see how I get on with the servo thing and if that doesnt require replacing I could always get a ccoil ordered or see if GSF have one. Ta chaps.

  2. Mate its a 40 year old van they were never designed to last this long. I know it can get to you all this stuff but eventually it will all be resolved and you will forget about it when you are driving along singing a song (because the radio packed up) ! :)

  3. At least you can go to the internet, order the part and get in the mail the next day or two.

I have to be lucky to find the part i'm looking for at a rare merchant that is willing to post to some never heard of country (coz it's probably full of scammers and barefoot cabbage eating weirdos or something), then pay huge postage fee's, wait 3 - 6 weeks if i'm lucky, then pay very high customs tax on it, and then when i finally get the part in my hands, it has to actually be the right part, and hopefully doesn't need anything extra, or it's another month on the jack stands for the bus. :)

  4. I know - It was a long day yesterday. Running like a dream with the servo blocked off now!
