  1. Anybody got tickets?

Got through to the card details page a couple of times but it always crashed.

I think that's it for me with Glastonbury. Haven't been able to get through the last 3 times - I won't bother again. Plenty of other festivals

  7. Glastonbury is commercial and crap and Eavis is in a freakin dreamworld, in the day he put on a good show, nay a fantastic show. Its like any other gig - if youve got loads of cash you can get a ticket any time. If your a normal human being you cant get anywhere near the website to get tickets unless your running the right software. I used to love it but I will forego the experience and just watch some bands from the comfort of home.

Good luck to anyone whos got tickets and were I to be offered some at face then I would go and probably love it but thats not going to happen. Eavis is a sell out, the bands and artists that play there are just demonstrating how commercial they are and it shows the industry up for what it is!

I love going to festivals, I love seeing bands i like in the flesh but not from half a mile away. Might as well put the telly outside and watch from there

    Commercial: certainly.
    Crap: certainly not.

  12. Indeed. There is a plethora of festivals out there of various sizes and styles. Personally, I love WOMAD and will be doing that again next year. Might also give Download a shot: haven't been to that since it was just the one-day Monsters Of Rock festival, a long, long time ago.
