So so close ready for the engine! Drive shafts back in place!

 

Just took the plunge and bought a new door :-O

In other news... Made a start on the front B posts, drivers side isn't in bad nick at all but the passenger was a different story!

Just kampers! Personally after the ball ache I've had with them they aren't that lovely after all!

 

That's what I've heard, glad I shelled out for genuine rust frees!! Hope you get them fitted nicely .

 

Great work buddy. It's really coming on now! I sold the new doors that came with mine with a view to fixing the older ones. They just did t fit well at all!

For £300 pound a piece and being genuine VW I would have expected a lot better.

 

It's taken a long few months but made it to the ferry this morning. Followed by the beach, didn't miss a beach on its longest run yet!

Haha yea it was! 4 inchs of clearance from the beams on the top deck and knocked the archway on the exit ramp! Woops!
