It's a bupack 4:1 small flange header and backbox. I'm not going to slap it, but they don't really improve the performance, rust away in a trice and are very noisy at cruising speeds.

Verdict - that stainless one will perform better, last many times longer and be quieter. Keep it and fit at your leisure.

 

The air feed pipe to your left hand heat exhchanger is also squashed and not connected properly
That will hinder the bus heating

That pipe is knackered. Maybe get some new ones?
Leisure battery will take an hour tops.
Bring the exhaust too. You will also need:
2 x exhaust/head gaskets
2 x exhaust clamps - the 2 bolt type.
and if you have block off plates on your risers you need new gaskets, or if you don't have them you need these:

If you have the block-off plates, the rest is sold as a kit. Might work out cheaper this way anyway.
