  4. Difficult times! I’m also dealing with Dads bladder cancer and everything else that stem from being old.
Lost my Mum 10 years ago to cancer and also had throat cancer last year which fortunately at this moment in time has been treated.
I’m a true believer that we all have Cancerous cells in our DNA that’s waiting to be triggered.
I donate money each month to this cause and MS because of my Brother in Law

If you haven't been on the bike yet, a couple of things if you're new to a few things.
Practice getting unclipped from the pedals BEFORE you go out on it.

When I do the swimming part I always do back stroke, you don’t want water getting in your beer, oh hang on you drink carling so that won’t make any difference

You’re over training mate, rest days are just as important, good job we can keep an eye on you this weekend

  15. As @Flakey said, plus you should be incorporating stretching exercises, perhaps try Pilates

I know I'm biased but Chiropractic is not a good idea in this situation as many (not all) Chiropractors over treat and do dynamic stuff "to" your system for short term effects instead of "with" your system for long term change ... Pilates or Osteopathy much better ;)
