Tracking me will be fascinating as I never go anywhere. They'll have to keep coming round and accusing me of leaving my phone at home to avoid being tracked. Whoever "they" are. In other news... Today marks 7 weeks of isolation. Walking 5-8 miles a day, no sugar, dairy or flour. Eating fresh vegetables and home-cooked meals every day. The change has been fantastic! Zero alcohol. A healthy, fat-free, caffeine-free diet and a 1 hour home workout every day. I've lost 20 pounds and gained muscle mass. I have no idea who wrote this, but I am so proud of them that I decided to copy and paste.

I doubt if the general public will download it anyway. They all think they are being used as guinea pigs, and will be let out of lockdown before the rest of the country just to see what happens.
The problem with this sort of thing is that yes it would be helpful I'm sure and people will in general support it IN THE CIRCUMSTANCES. But this sort of thing tends to become permanent and there lies the problem. If you think that's paranoia just look to the USA where the authorities have been bulk collecting every single thing available completely against the law since 9/11. Even Obama despite assurances that he'd address it did not. Too tempting to keep it.
