Hi Bob Just back from the Belgium trip and wondered how you were getting on? If needed I have a valve spring compressor, piston ring compressor, torque wrench, and clutch alignment tool you can use and all for the price of a cuppa and a bicky (although the latter may not be allowed due to my addition of a bit more timber on holiday - curse that wonderful beer!) Hi Mr B, thanks for the lovely offer. I've actually got the engine being rebuilt for me by a company in Cambridge. I realised that I would probably still be doing it next March if I did it myself. Your jack was brilliant though and I took the engine out and stripped it down on my own and the jack was a godsend. As long as you don't need it back in the next 3 or 4 weeks I'd like to hang onto it to refit the engine when it comes back. Bob Edit; you're more than welcome to pop round for a cuppa, I'll slip you a biscuit as well while no one's looking
No worries re the jack Bob - even if you did the rebuild yourself March would be OK the way I'm progressing with ours! Will take you up on that cuppa and will get in touch when I get my head around being back at work in this new job! Mr B
