Bad times, we have a place like that near us, Bridgwater, fortunately there is the M5 between us and them, stops them casually finding my village! PS. There is nothing wrong about living in the shires... I love it

id like to say that most people are decent, but i dont believe its true. i get glared at or abuse shouted at me pretty much every day, and its from pretty much every age group and demographic of people, from kids to the elderly and everyone in between. ive had a similar thing to the previously mentioned 'douchebags in a golf' incident several times, and its just unnecessary. i like to thing im a nice guy, always try to do right by people, and if i do have an unsavory opinion, i will generally keep it to myself... but just because i have piercings in my face and quite often UV camo trousers, i get s***. or i get stopped on my way to work because cops think im a drug addict.. which im not, christ knows i couldnt afford a volkswagen if i was!! it gets frustrating, but i know if i ever retaliated to the crap it would be me in the proverbial manure... so i dont bother.
