Out on the bike this morning then by the time I'd got it working it was nearly dark, just played about with some scrap then ground it down to check penetration, so I've ruined the evidence for now
One job a day Bit of a top hat If I could do it again I would do it differently but we live and learn!
Bit more yesterday Got to get a bigger gas bottle for the mig, sick of these little ones , last about a minute
Boxed off the corner of the locker Back of the inner n/s arch New lower B post and patched arch Small repair done on inner arch then started to fit Lower outer and step edge Doesn't look much for a day's work!
Can floor redo a previous poor patch So now I'm right round and back to where I started, rear arch, looks terrible tho so I might do it again I'll think about it while I'm in Spain
Side tracked by the father in law today, bit of remedial work on the Alvis mudguards! Anyway back at the tent, welded the second bit of locker floor in place I promised myself I'd save this bit of welding till last so just getting it ready
Up early this morning for a quick trip over the hills to here Some projects in the yard Some classics on the way back Anyway I went for these So I can crack on with this Quite happy with my mornings work
Cheers, £30 each you could get away with 3 if you made the last bit from the cut offs, the profile matches the load bed not the locker floor but as I was replacing it all its fine
