79 Single cab pickup

    Out on the bike this morning then by the time I'd got it working it was nearly dark, just played about with some scrap then ground it down to check penetration, so I've ruined the evidence for now ;)

    Got to get a bigger gas bottle for the mig, sick of these little ones , last about a minute

    Boxed off the corner of the locker

    Back of the inner n/s arch

    New lower B post and patched arch
    [​IMG]
    Small repair done on inner arch then started to fit Lower outer and step edge

    Doesn't look much for a day's work!

    So now I'm right round and back to where I started, rear arch, looks terrible tho so I might do it again

    Side tracked by the father in law today, bit of remedial work on the Alvis mudguards!

    Anyway back at the tent, welded the second bit of locker floor in place

    I promised myself I'd save this bit of welding till last so just getting it ready

    Got go round some of the edges with the gas welder then a ton of seam sealer

    Actually finished welding in the locker makes me very happy!
    Start getting some paint in it now

    Cheers, £30 each you could get away with 3 if you made the last bit from the cut offs, the profile matches the load bed not the locker floor but as I was replacing it all its fine :)
