Mark one is in and working. just looking at a mod to do the option of rear and cab using a diverter valve.

You best check the weather forecast for May Bank Holiday snow!! I think snow chains, heater and a plough attachment could prove wise summer accessories this year!!

I won the battle with the sump plug!!

Tapped out to m16, new copper crush washer and new Vw t25 sump plug. Tighten up to 26 lb ft.

Job done!!!

Picking up the tin ware tomorrow from the painters, so the rebuild can start tomorrow evening and sat.

Put ribbons on and delivered the Bride....

 

Got it out and cleaned it in preparation for a little bumble around. Went online to tax it and realised the MOT had run out on 12th April.

Nowt exciting. Swapped petrol pipes, including the tank connection, didnt get doused too badly , managed to snatch it but still smell of petrol even after a shower lol. Started doing a front bearing but ran out of daylight. Hub stripped out. Outer races are in the freezer ready to pop in tomorrow.

 

Checked under Delilah for oil stains on the driveway
